You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Activities that are illegal, harmful, or that interfere with other users are prohibited.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Service Level Agreement
HOST360 guarantees 99.99% uptime for all production services. Service credits will be issued for any downtime exceeding the SLA.
7. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You retain ownership of all data stored on our infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
HOST360 liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must retrieve your data within 30 days.
